Every time I go to this Dunkin location, the drive thru always get my order wrong and always get poor customer service. What I... have experience. 1. I go quite often to Dunkin? and use my points. I use the app to redeem my points and they never check if mypoints go thru. Then I?m asked to pay full price. When I tell them they I?m using my points. They always have a blank stairin there faces. 2. I always get light ice with my latte and they never put light ice and then they fill my cup 3/4 of coffee. Iget the theory of why I don?t get a full cup but when they still add lots of ice and get 3/4 full, I don?t get it. I have beento different locations and I normally get light ice and little over 3/4 or light ice with full cup. 3. The drive thru customerservice is horrible. I?m the never seem to say hello or interact when asked a general question. This is the last time I willbe going to this location. Read more

The staff was very nice. Especially after what a terrible experience I had at a different location. The only negative is I had a... credit card and no cash. I would have liked to be able to leave a tip for the workers. Read more

The ordering kiosk inside the store is not intuitive at all! And when I asked for assistance, it took several minutes before an... employee noticed a human who needed assistance. Dunkin has lost its soul when they abandoned their customer in favor of kiosks.When I placed an order at the drive-thru this morning, the droning voice on the other end, reading from a script, said: "Just areminder that Dunkin is now cashless. We only accept card and electric payments. Would you like to place an order?" No exchangeof pleasantries and when I tried to ask about the new cashless Dunkin, the employee at the drive-thru was already taking anotherorder. My food came out quickly and the employee who handed me the food did not even make eye contact or engage in conversation.My guilty pleasure has been an occasional breakfast croissant sandwich but after my experience today, I am giving up that guiltypleasure. I provided feedback to customer service about my absolute disdain for cashless companies and then promptly deleted mycustomer profile on Dunkin and deleted the app from my phone. I am one person who will not be running on Dunkin any more. Dunkinis now one customer less. Read more

Last night I went in for 1 glaze donut and 1 Choco Mocha. I was not greeted but told ?Just to let you know our dining room... closes in 5 mins!? :(. Donut was dry and stale and got charged full price still, employees acted like they hated I was there tointerrupt their closing of their ?dining room?. I will be calling management. Paid $8 plus dollars to be treated like anunwanted guest and receive and dry stale donut, coffee was good though. Read more

I?ve had issues multiple times, but this one experience is real special. we ordered two ice coffees, and they did not put ice in... the coffees. They said their nitro cold brews don?t come with ice. I?ve had many coffees in my day, especially many nitro coldbrews, and they all come with ice. When we asked them to put ice in our coffees, they said they could not do that. We asked whynot, and they said they would have to charge us. They wanted to charge us almost 5 dollars for 2 cups of ice. Horrible customerservice, and I hope many coffee shops open around this location, so that they can go out of business. Worst customerservice!!!! Oh, Important to note, that the employees were incredibly rude and condescending. They clearly do not care aboutstaying in business! Read more

Careful if you order a coffee then pull up to the window and they say they're 'out of cream'. Not only do they have cream, but... they'll scam you out of more money like its your fault that they're a coffee shop who doesn't know how much cream to order. Gotscammed out of an additional $2.19 at the window just to get a splash of cream of cream in a tiny cup on the side... Not tomention they lied about being 'out of the little cups' when I'd asked - mysteriously found some though once I had to paymore. I go and purchase coffee everyday on lunch and this Dunkin is right down the street. They don't realize how much futurerevenue they just lost just so they could get their $2.19...enjoy ladies. I came through the drive thru this morning and I ordered a coffee and two breakfast wraps. The coffee had way to much cream. I... also asked for an ice water and they said they don?t have ice water. They didn?t specify what part of ice water isn?t availablebut it?s terrible customer service and that?s the first and last time I will go there. I would have paid a small fee for icewater but that isn?t offered. Read more

Drive thru is horrible. Speaker is new but low and can't be heard. Order was all wrong, ordered and paid for a sausage egg and... cheese on an everything bagel. Got home and pulled out a bagel with cream cheese. Donuts were thrown in bag with the icingfacing up and other down so the icing came off one. Absolutely horrible experience, staff doesn't seem to care about anythingand appears bothered by you showing up. Only one woman and I apologize I didn't get her name was polite and caring. Just drivefarther to the eastern one it's operation is much better. Read more
