Visited yesterday about 4:30p for their Happy Hour tacos. We went through the drive thru and ordered 12 (3/$1.49). Paid and... realized the price was higher than expected. I had to ask for my receipt and the girl who was working the window didn't offeror want to give me one. Once I got it and review it I asked why the price was higher. I was told that I have to specificallytell them I want the Happy Hour price at time.of order or else they can not give it to me. This was policy, which confuse mesince we never had to before since we were in the happy hour time slot and ordered the correct item, value tacos. We never hada problem before and won't visit this location again. Policy is policy but be consistent and let's get real. Read more
Drive-Thru SLOW AS F?K waited 25 minutes and asked the car in front to move so I can leave. Absolutely NO EXCUSES.
I always have a complicated time when I come to this Del Taco, however I always keep coming back because I love the macho combo... burrito. The fries are really good but need more salt, and they have a decent little chocolate shake for an okay price. OverallI come here when I need something really cheap to fill me up. The only issue with this location is the Younger male in his 20s that can not figure out how to put sauce in the bag and when he... does remember it is always the wrong sauce. It happens every time he is working. Read more
Del Taco has mediocre food, it's quick and inexpensive so good for the price. The only problem is this particular location off... Sunset, in front of Lee's Liquor, takes a ridiculously long time. I have even shown up during business hours and they don'tanswer and the building is locked, but there's people inside just sitting around. I wouldn't recommend this specific location ifyou're in a hurry, if you don't mind waiting then go for it. Read more
I've always preferred the quality of Del Taco over Taco Bell. However, my last trip will probably stop me from fast food Mexican... food altogether. I loved that del taco has plant based options. In this visit I ordered a Beyond Avocado burrito no cheese. Ibasically got a massive amount of refried beans with a bit of guac. The Beyond was barely there. It was not a good tastingburrito for even close to what I expected. Which was more Beyond and less bean mush. Read more
Slowest drive thru- you will be late, it takes about 45mins from order to pick up like clockwork.
