Worst, most poorly managed/operated Del Taco location in all of Henderson. 8pm on a Friday, people eating in the dining room but... the door is locked and no one comes to open it? On the website it claims dell taco is open 24 hours however when you go there the lights on but nobody replies! Del Taco in Henderson off of Marks Street is in desperate need of staffing!!!!! If you?re in management you need to help your... employees until you can hire additional help. If you can?t help the employees, change the hours of operation for hours that aremore beneficial to ensure service. What?s the sense in being open for customers to endure extended wait times?! This is honestly the best Del taco I have ever been to they seemed quite busy when I arrived but they were more than helpful... when they finally attended me. ?????????? I was using the drive-through service and Tommy is the one who came to help me andprovided me with outstanding service he is the reason why I will definitely be coming back here again thank you so much formaking the wait Time seem more bearable with your immaculate customer service. ???????????????? I came in last week and they completely botched my order and did not give me a receipt. I called the manager the same night and... was told that they put my name in there book and I could have my order replaced. Fast forward I came in to get my order and wastold I was a liar because ?it was too much food ? she pretended to call the GM and claimed the GM told her no but that I couldcome back in the morning to talk to her???? when I asked for the corporate number she refused and told me go look it up online.
