My elderly parents asked to come here and it turned out to be a very pleasant lunch. You order at the counter but the team is... always swinging by to see how you're doing and deliver your order to the table. There was plenty of space on a Sunday noon, somuch so that I don't think it's yet been fully discovered. We had the Skirt Steak (tender, light pink and full of flavor), theRed Snapper (slightly crisped with a soft, flaky center), the Shrimp Creole (in a delicious sauce with Cuban black bean rice)and the tamales. All came recommended by the owner and all were good. Flavors overall were a little muted, probably to appealto a more American palate, but I'm sure could be spiced up if asked. Read more
Absolutely recommend this restaurant. I've been living in the Midwest for the last six years and have really missed out on the... food offered in the valley. I was so excited to see a Cuban restaurant! My friend and I both got the "305" sandwich. It wasfantastic! And had house made mustard on it. Superb. Anyways, try this place you won't regret it. Tried Cubanidad other day because of the the reviews and went to check it out. I got the classic Cuban sandwich and it was... delicious. My girl tried the stake and it looked like a paper thin over cooked cut. The empanadas where small and under stuffedfor the price. This is more of a sandwich joint. My advice is get to the sandwiches only as they are really good. Read more
Today, we went to try Cuban food nearby which we both have never tried. Surprisingly, we both loved our meals (he obviously... emptied his plate) and finished that bean/rice Cuban combo haha Here is my meal with Cuban steak and chimichurri. On the sidewas something called a YUCCA ROOT; boiled and then drizzled with something that tasted like vinaigrette. ??????? The mister gotlechon asado with homemade fries ???? Fabulous staff, phenomenal food, great prices and portion sizes, and just all around fantastic addition to the restaurant scene... in Henderson! Plenty of gluten free options too! Yummy authentic Cuban food. I will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu. This cilantro garlic sauce is da... bomb. The pork in this Miami Cuban is very flavorful. I like my plantain chips thinner but these were still yummy. Read more
My wife is Cuban and she loved it! I have to say it is awesome! We had black bean with rice, steak, lechon asado, Yucca,... tostones, now we can't walk because we're so full but that's are issue. Lol go check them out and let me know what you think. Read more
