Came on a Saturday. Not too busy. Still took them 5 minutes and 3 employees stating at us before stamping our hands and let us... in. We paid for the 73 minutes for 2 cards and the machine crashed. We went to the cashier and expressed what happened. Theygave us 2 60 minute cards, losing the extra time we had paid for. About 45% of the games were broken, missing balls or notreading cards. The cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been to. And maybe even the nicest one. The customer service was amazing. The young... lady with glasses and ponytail went above and beyond to hook my family up with the deals through the app and such. When it cameto redeem our prizes she (the same worker) was very helpful and patient which says a lot as we were the last ones to leave a bitpast nine. 10/10 would gladly come again!! Read more
Newly remodeled. Staff is nice and all the games work. Lots of room. Salad bar was clean but lacking on choices. You purchase a... game card either by points or by time. If you choose the time, you can pause it once and resume when you are ready. I like thatfeature. The manager and staff made my son Birthday very nice. We love seeing Chuck E. Cheese too. This is one of the cleanest Chuck E Cheese's I've ever been too!! The games were clean, the staff was really nice everyone... seemed happy so that means they are happy and I truly believe they take pride in their work. The whole place was clean, saladbar was fresh/neat and so was the food didn't take long for the pizza to come out. I like that the staff constantly walkedaround to check games at other locations I've experienced the staff hiding and being disgruntled over you telling them the gamesaren't working these guys fixed right away and even swiped so you can get your credits back. They also wipe the games down, therestrooms were very clean as well. They have this cool animated floor mat the kids loved it! I think I fell in love with thislocation so did my kids we stayed here for over 2 hours definitely got everyone in bed early after this adventure! Read more
