Chick-fil-A never disappoints . We have been at this location so many times and never had a problem.I've been to several... Chick-fil-A's and I have never gotten bad food or bad service once. The service is very fast and well organized, even when thelines are super long. The employees are always kind, courteous and have a smile on their faces. Chick-fil-A has the bestcustomer service! I will always go back!! Their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, no complaints there. This location has had so many ups and downs I rarely eat chic fil a anymore. So, when they opened I'd go there because I had... friends who worked there after school. On numerous occasions I would get sick due to cross contamination that they confirmedhappened regularly with how busy they were. It got far better once it calmed down and more locations opened up though. But nowthey're taking shortcuts. Got some food today after a long day and not eating. They packed the sandwiches in the wrongcontainer, so everything was beyond soggy, and service is at like a solid 3 from what it used to be. I'm done. If I came in onceout of over 3 years since having been living away and that's the experience I had when it wasn't even busy then I don't knowwhat to say. Read more
I know it sounds stupid I never had Chick-fil-A while visiting my mother in Florida I had the Chick-fil-A nuggets OMG so now I... have another food addiction. My husband went through the drive-thru and when he got home he realized he was missing a meal. I called and asked if he could... ger a refund or something. I honestly figured we would be offered an electronic coupon or something at most. The gentleman who Ispoke with said he was the one who took the order and he apologized a bunch of times. He also offered to deliver the missingmeal to our house. I was amazed at the offer and accepted. He got to our house maybe 20-25 minutes later with fresh food andsaid he added some extras to the bag. Not only did we get the missing meal, but we also got an additional sandwich and 2brownies. He was so incredibly generous and absolutely went above and beyond. I am so thankful for this man. I think Chick-fil-A tries harder than anyone to elevate fast food. They even have flowers in the table! It is so pleasant to... hear their nice responses. I love their fast food delivery as well. Our food tasted great. I did feel bad that several of themembers of our party, which was large, had their orders mixed up. I have never seen this happen at a Chick-fil-A, and supposethat they were training someone new. They made it right and we enjoyed the dinner. Thank you! Read more
