I ordered 2 Sourdough Star sandwiches. They had been sitting there under the heat lamps for awhile as both sandwiches had... totally wilted lettuce and tomatoes and the bread was soggy. AVOID!! We got a Chicken Club & Western Bacon Ch. Burger with onion rings & zucchini tots. We had not ordered Carl's Jr. in... years and will never do so again. The Chicken Club was HORRIBLE...rubbery, under-cooked, and tough! Two small bites & wetrashed it (yes, that pic is it in the trash). Western Bacon: tasteless, flat, and dehydrated (akin to roadkill). OK, I realizethis is fast food, but right about then, and after one bite, I was craving anything Wendy's and dying for In-N-Out...or,actually just dying! If i could give this 0 stars i would. Everytime i come here the buns are hard and stale. Fries are old with no salt. The soda... machine is down all the time. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They get my order wrong 9 out of 10 times. I wentthrough the drive through with no cars in line and placed my order with the incompetent employee not understanding a simpleorder. I drive up to the window and waited 12 minutes exactly with no one telling me anything or taking my payment. I finallyleft and said was never coming back. I decided to give them another chance. Sure enough yesterday July 23rd at 7p.m. and i hadthe exact same thing happen. I waited 11 minutes at the window after placing my order and finally just left. Now i know whythere's never anyone in the drive through or inside. Carls Jr is my favorite burger joint, but sad to say me and my family willnever be eating at Carls ever again.
