This review is 100% because of the employees. After failing the mobile order through the app and a failed policy from "their... boss," this location comes through in spades. Well done and great job on the food too. I appreciate this type of service, itdoesn't exist anymore. I'll continue to come back to this location because of them. 5 stars all the way. Read more
Four Star Fabulous! What can I say? This is the first time in over 2 years that my order wasn't completely messed up every time... I've bought food at every Carl's Jr. Ive visited! Ordered 2 loaded burritos and this is what was inside. Missing the bacon and ham just a tiny bit of sausage. What a sad burrito.... Manager David and his homie don?t know how to make burritos!! Save your money and don?t support business that serve sadbreakfast burritos.!!! Read more

I come to this location at least twice a week and never have been totally happy with the service. One time I came here and... ordered a beyond burger and they serve me regular burger. I didn?t realize it till I was halfway through because the taste is sosimilar but I knew it was different. I called the manager Modesto who was very helpful and gladly replaced it with a free beyondBurger on my next visit, but still insisted that his staff gave me the right burger. I was not even given a receipt. In fact yourarely get one at this location.Today I pulled up to the drive-through and the young lady at the window asked me to wait at theorder box for minute when there was nobody ahead of me. (this is actually a regular occurrence)I waited about two minutes thenplaced my order. She didn?t hear me and asked me to repeat it. I clearly ordered my sandwich and A bottle of water. I got to thewindow and paid and then asked for my bottle of water. She said you didn?t order one. I told her that I in fact did twice. Shesaid I can give you a cup of water. I told her no I wanted to buy a bottle of water. She proceeded to take my credit card onceagain but walked away and in a huff and appeared flustered. I was angry enough about that and was going to write a review andthen decided not to until I sat down in my car and opened up my sandwich.The bag was presented to me sitting upright and at notime did it fall over. When I open the bag I put my hand in and felt a sandwich. I was expecting to feel a box. I had to tearopen the bag because it was soaking wet. And this picture is what I found. Read more
Have an extreme food allergy. Husband asked three times to confirm that there wouldn?t be ketchup on my burger. Fast forward to... ten minutes ago?..bit into the burger?.and it?s literally covered in ketchup inside. Whoever is working there isn?t payingattention and this is the second time it has happened, so if you have a food allergy don?t go here. Read more
