The guy that rung me up I wish I got his name was so pleasant. He told me to get the ?Bobbie? He was spot on and my sandwich was... absolutely delicious! This was only my 2nd time getting Capriotti's and this location is not it. I'm pretty sure this location suffers from... understaffing/being underpaid, which really affects the quality of the service and the location. Our table was very sticky whenwe sat down, the A/C was freezing on a 90° day, and the cashier didn't specify what we would get on the combo, so we ended upmissing items. Sometime between 12:20-12:45pm today (JUL 25) I entered for a pickup order. They did not find it. No worries, I let them know I... can just wait for them to make me a large Bobbie since they can't find it. The girl says okay, but the manager on duty tells herto hold on. After 5 minutes the manager on duty approaches me and says 'We don't have your order so we can't do anything', Ireiterate that it's fine I'll just buy a large Bobbie. She says they only have one order for someone else and it's not paid for,I say 'thats okay I'll buy that large Bobbie if you want and you can make another one, or I can pay you to make me one.' sherefused and said 'Well how do I know who you are?' I said 'please just make me a large Bobbie, my name is Lenny, and for thelast ten minutes I've just wanted to pay for a Bobbie' her response? 'We're just following rules' so I told her to just forgetit and left. I called back to ask her name and she refused to give me her name unless I had corporate on a 3 way call. Great location with plenty of parking, can be very busy at lunch hour, they make good sandwiches here, the Bobbie is always a... winner for any Thanksgiving turkey fan, had the Italian today, it was really good as well, very fresh and high quality meats areused.
