This was only my 2nd time getting Capriotti's and this location is not it. I'm pretty sure this location suffers from... understaffing/being underpaid, which really affects the quality of the service and the location. Our table was very sticky whenwe sat down, the A/C was freezing on a 90° day, and the cashier didn't specify what we would get on the combo, so we ended upmissing items. This location is lacking in customer service and forget your orders. I orderd 30 min before my arrival and based on thier... timeline they gave me it suppose to take 15 min. I have icecream melting in the car because they didn't start making my ordertill I arrived. Read more
