Coming to Vegas I've never heard of a Cafe Rio before. Now I'd rather eat here than Chipotle. Food is great (our regular order... is usually the salad with chicken and one order of salad is usually enough to feed my wife and I). One of the best parts also istheir rewards app, which is phenomenal. I've gotten so many rewards meals from the rewards app which is roughly a 10% plus thereare days where you can get bonus points (3x points or flat bonus points just for ordering). I think the only other food app thateven compares to theirs is McDonald's rewards app. Last Christmas they also sold their gift cards at a 20% discount (hope theydo it again this year). It was easy to redeem their gift cards straight to their rewards app and from there you can see all yourgift cards and use them for any future orders. Tip, you won't be able to earn any bonus points on gift cards used so on dayswhere there is a 3x points bonus, don't use a gift card. Read more
Visited and found the restrooms is terrible shape. Mind you the restaurant just opened and I arrived at 1130am. This tells me... that the restrooms weren't touched since the night before. Floors need mopping, urine stains on the seat, toilet seat coverdispenser caked with dirt. Wall where old soap dispenser was not fixed. It makes me wonder what's happening in the kitchen. Notto mention that the dining floor was not even touched since the night before. Need to be more conscience of health codestandards and customers who may not continue to patronize this location. We came here for the first time and the minute we went in to the building, I heard an unpleasant voice growing around the room. ... Ally who was taking people's order was very pushy not only toward the customers but her coworkers as well. I asked Ally if Icould add a separate order of the tacos, she basically said no and said I can't have rice and beans and didn't think to ask meif I wanted to get those separate and pay a little more which I don't mind. The person at the register was very sweet and triedto make things right. I feel very sad for the employees of this location. I feel like everyone had good attitude accept forthis one person that can make their service seem like the worst.
