Reviews for BurgerFi in Henderson, NV
When we came in, it was very slow. There was probably just a couple on the other table besides us. The one who took our orders... was nice. It was almost $60 for a couple and 2 kids, although I only share with my 3 yr old. We got the food, very disappointingportion. First the burger was so tiny. My onion rings were 3 pcs. ( although it was good). Fries were small portion too. Shakesare good too. 2 stars for the shakes and onion rings. But that's about it. Would we come back? Probably not. Read more
Unimpressed. Burger was small and sloppy. It tasted good but not well assembled and left me hungry, Especially for $12. Onion... rings were okay but not worth $8. I added a topping which was good. However they didn?t remove onion peel before batter andcooking. It was completely uneatable. Overall too expensive for low quality. Read more
I am so happy we have at least one of these here in Vegas. I had the Swag meal for my first visit & it was delicious. The... quality of the meat was incredible. The manager that took my order was clearly a hard-working man. Because he took my order andhurried back to work in the kitchen with the cook. That's always very nice to see. & his service to me was extremely gracious. Ican't wait to go back and try many more things on the menu. It's not a close drive at all for me, but hey at least I can chargeup my car a bit at the charger conveniently placed right next to it. Also, the drive-thru is extremely spacious so you don'thave to worry at all about scratching your rims haha If you love In-N-Out as much as I do this is a must-try. For the qualityof the burger at such a modest price. It is tremendous. Read more
First time at a BurgerFi. I had been hearing about this place and we were so glad we found one on our travels. We downloaded the... app and got free fries with our first app order! It is a bit pricey but everything is pricey nowadays. And if you want to eatfood without all the toxins, it will cost more. We each got a cheeseburger with added pickles. I got jalapeños and myhusband, the grilled onions. The burgers were juicy and delicious! The toppings were fresh and tasty. We loved the hand-cutfries as well. Some of the other menu items looked intriguing. So, as we travel across the country, we will try to find moreBurgerFis! Read more

Oh and a Coke freestyle machine x2 Ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger And some deserts very good food. The redvelvet cement is messy just a warning. But excellent We will definitely be back Read more
Overall: Bland food, somewhat pricey, small protein portions, longer wait times, good customer service. Tried their... Cheeseburger because I had a coupon for B1G1 and I was curious. Substituted 1 slice white Cheddar for the double Americanslices, added pickles, grilled onions, ketchup and Mustard, got the fi sauce on the side w/ and order of the truffle mayo on theside ($0.97). Service was very nice and seemed like they took the time to get everything right, however the only thing that wascorrect was the single slice white Cheddar and the side of Truffle Aioli. ??????? No pickles, grilled onions, ketchup orMustard on either burger and forgot one fi sauce. Figured that one out by glance in the drive thru, however was in a hurry toget lunch back to my girlfriend before she had to return to work and didn't see the other omissions until it was too late. TheTruffle Aioli was definitely not worth it, hardly any truffle flavor, better Truffle Aioli at smashburger, the fi sauce ispretty much your decent/std 1000 island type dressing. The quality of the burgers seemed ok, however they were pretty dry andbland. For the price, in my opinion, the burgers could be larger, at minimum not cooked so well done (killing the "premium"beef) and at least catch some salt and pepper for goodness sake. Overall, I honestly didn't see the value. Without the couponI'd have paid close to $20 for two burgers that could be eaten in one sitting by most people (most likely leaving those withlarger appetites wanting more). Sans a coupon I'd have to knock it down to 2 stars. Our buns (which were pretty decent) hadtheir fancy Brands/Tattoos though LOL, but none of the other toppings under them. ??????? With so many other good burgeroptions in the area, I'm kinda on the fence about going back. I typically try to give spots a couple of shots though before Iwrite them off and I'm definitely curious about the CEO burger and especially Onion Rings after the range of raving reviews, Idig Read more
I ordered online and everything was perfect, including all the extra sauces I asked for. I had the CEO burger and added sauteed... onions, mushrooms, and lettuce. It was so delicious. It reminded me of a White Castle burger, which I haven't had in years.Definitely best burger place I know in the area. Burger was juicy and the sauces were amazing. I also had the cryfry, which is amix of huge onion rings and fries. I couldn't even finish my meal. It was all very filling. Also indulged in the chocolateshake, which was also delicious. Can't wait for my next burger day. Read more
There was an imprint on the burger which I thought was kind of unique in a particular way, the meat was juicy, bun was crisp and... the fries were deep fried with the potato skin on them that gave off a rustic taste to it. Some people may not prefer this andpersonally, it's not one of my favorites but it was done pretty well that it was tasty. The inside of this restaurant gave off aweird alien sci-fi vibe with the metal chairs and the sign being green. I do not have anything against it, just something I feltlike sharing, maybe it's just me, or another review might agree with my perspective. I also order a hot dog to go for later, Iwill tell you this.. Bravo!!!, not a lot of hot dog places slice up the beef frank up the middle to maximize the cook of thedog. The only place that served the best hot dogs in Los Angeles is Earle's on Crenshaw. This hot dog restaurant does the samething and it hits the spot. I will not say BurgerFi hot dog was better, but the technique utilized is a secret that I thought noother place does but Earle's so I will applaud the establishment for knowing how to cook a hot dog right. Overall this is a niceplace to grab a bite to eat, so I will definitely be revisiting this establishment again, and the staff was super friendly aswell. Read more
