Have been coming to this location for years, hit and miss the service is either excellent or Horrible always walk in and order,... they are very pleasant and expedite the orders the best they can. Count on waiting a bit when they are busy and always checkyour order before you leave. Most of the kids that work here, I believe do the best they can. Read more
Why am I making this post instead of eatting breakfast before work? Because your employees are out back of the building smoking... with the lobby and drive thru blocked off. This location isnt even worth driving to anymore since it's always closed duringbusiness hours. Time to go down the block to McDonald's, your store is a great advertisement for them. Read more
So far I?ve been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes awaiting the order I put in online 35 minutes ago. There?s no cars... in front of me and the employee at the first window told me to sit here until she tells me to go to the next window. Normally agood location but this is ridiculous. Oddly enough they make a better coffee and have better breakfast sandwiches than McDonald's now, McDonald's used to be top to... your breakfast but you can get better breakfast and better options at Burger King McDonald's got greedy and their coffee isterrible now. Their lunch and dinner foods are very comparable to McDonald's and depending on their specials they can often becheaper, as McDonald's has gotten both greedy and their lunch and their dinner pricing and their special so some of their foodis not quite as good as McDonald's or Jack in the box, but they do offer a better value in many cases than the other fast foodrestaurants out there these days. I was pleased with this location. It?s one of the newer remodeled locations and they maintain it very well. Their frozen coke... machine was working which was a huge plus and my burger????and fries were hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and Charlesprovide excellent customer service. He must have been new but he was patient and attentive which I appreciate and my order wasright. Giving them 5??s instead of 4 because of his service. I also noticed there wasn?t a huge line of people in the drive thruthey seem to keep it flowing here. Would definitely return to this location. Read more
