Typical burger king. (Not proud that I ate takeout) but the staff was great! Friendly and accommodating! Typical BK fare,... however no complaints minus the massive calorie count. The folks were friendly, the food was good, for fast food that is, but cleanliness...????. The soda fountain and the counters... were...well lets say, Less then Stellar. Itwas early in the day and I was the only diner in the restaurant. 3 or 4 employeesstanding around. Might aughta grab a rag once in awhile yall. Read more
I placed an online order through Google for pickup. It said around a half hour wait. A hour plus went by and they couldn't... update me on my order and wouldn't refund me. I'm unsure if this is just a burger King issue or a Google issue or a mixture ofboth. I've had issues here before but this was the most irritating. Without this incident I'd give it a 3.5 maybe. The worst service I had in a long time. They had a big order. Only one person making breakfast food. Other making burgers. Asked... for my money back. Couldn't what any longer. She got angry with me. Threw receipt at me. Manger should have had them helpingeach other. Poor manager. Needs to find another job. Read more

I walked into the restaurant & up to the register. It was not busy, the cashier was leaning against the wall at the drive thru... window playing on her phone. I stood there for awhile without the cashier even looking away from her cell phone. I finally saidhello to get her attention. As she walked over to the counter register I said cell phones should have never been created. I said"I need 2 croissants, 1 bacon egg & cheese & 1 sausage egg & cheese." The cashier said "2 bacon?" I said "NO" & slowly & alittle louder "I need 2 croissants, 1 bacon egg & cheese & 1 sausage egg & cheese." Employees should be alert for customers ¬ have their cell phones when working! Read more
This BK is usually pretty busy but they are always quick as possible, would be faster if more people ordered through the app... ahead of time instead of waiting until they get to the speaker to order 10 meals with 5 customizations each.
