I received the wrong food as did another couple of customers. There seemed to be a bit of confusion and service was very slow.... Perhaps, new hires? There did not seem to be management around helping. Giving instruction from the back. Not sure what theissue was. Not a deal breaker but sucked that I had to drive back to get the one burger I had ordered. Nothing else, just oneburger....???? Read more

It took 3 minutes and 30 seconds to begin my order at the drive thru after saying something about ketchup. The girl acted like... she didn't hear me, and was spouting loaded comments about the order after simple questions. IE - I have a buy one get one freewhopper.. -You said you have a code for your whopper? I repeated the code twice. Horrible burgers. And I waited behind 3 carsfor almost 12 minutes. Read more

Went less than 20 minutes ago, I don't know what's changed exactly but the experience was much different than it was a few years... ago. The people were extremely friendly and the food came out quick. I don't go there too often but with what happened today I'dbe glad to go back soon. Read more

Poor location. We were in line at the drive thru and waited a good 10 minutes with one car ahead of us. Luckily, we were able to... back up and go inside (and not continue to wait in the seemingly senseless drive thru). We ordered inside. There was a largemess right at the counter of a spilled drink. They had tried to clean it up, but did so very poorly because it was still stickyand got our shoes dirty. We had a very simple order (two 2 for $5 meals). However it took unusually long. There were also noother orders at the time (besides maybe the guy still waiting at the drive thru), so there was not acceptable excuse for thislong wait. This location is very poor and needs new management. Read more

In January I had a horrible experience with this BK only because they canceled my on line order then I couldn't get my money... back. Finally, after a few weeks, I got a credit. Today's experience was great. I like your new system for perks too.???? Thank you BK. Read more

Went by the other night to grab dinner for my family. The young man taking orders at window was very polite and took special... care to make sure he got the everything right. We ordered a lot of different types of sauces and sure enough each one was inthere; which is really not always the experience with fast food. Props to this location and shout out to Daniel for doing agood job. Read more

I will never use this BK again! Horrible! I have never had an order that was that messed up before! A double whopper with cheese... came with one slice of cheese and no other ingredients at all! No napkins and no sauce with the chicken fries! When I called themanager, he blamed the trainee and told me I should just not go back to their store! Read more

Did you think you ordering online meant that you received freshly cooked food? Not here! They made sure my food was old, cold,... and waiting for mold.. I ordered a fish sandwich, jalapeño bites, and some mozzarella sticks. Nothing tastes better than acold, nasty, refried, cardboard like mozzarella stick and jalapeño bite. Then my big fish was like a big piece of burntplastic, tasting nothing like any sandwich I have ever ordered anywhere. Never made it passed two bites, went in thetrash. Lastly, I couldn?t even get any sauce I asked for on the order, I?m sure everyone orders 5 entrees with no sauce in thisarea but no where else have I ever seen it. Then had the nerve to seal the bag like the rider was definitely correct? sadly uponhome arrival I found that everything was garbage. Would never recommend! If there was zero stars I would give it!
