Well the guy behind the counter thinks he's hilarious but his humor was NOT appreciated by all. The customer who had his cone... fall apart in his hands didn't find his humor funny. The young lady was friendly and professional. She offered samples and alsopointed out the flavors that weren't displayed and probably get forgotten. When I walked in with my family of 11 and saw two sloppy looking teenagers working, I was worried that this wouldn't go well.... But I was happily surprised that these two high school age workers were super helpful, great with the kids, and even withlooking up some allergy concerns. The store was clean. Ice cream good. Got a mint chocolate chip Mint! Got a white drink. Customer service not the greatest girl who helped me walked away and her co... worker took over the register and asked if he could help And I said sure I was waiting on my receipt he said ok a goes to thetrash where the girl threw it away and read the order and asked if it was mine???????????I said no so he was going back to lookfor it again I said it?s ok nevermind????I?ve never in my life left a bad review for anyone but come on???????????I didn?tbother asking why my drink was the wrong color or why it didn?t taste the way it should. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a teenager behind the counter start yelling about a two year olds mask not on... properly. A teenager with no life experience yelling at an adult about a toddler. The undeniable disrespect was unforgettableand will never be back. Read more
Poor service. Untrained staff. Need to step up or people will go elsewhere. There are many shops will love to have your... businesses. I tried to place a phone order for a birthday cake today. Sadly, with my luck, I got this lady name Ciara or Tiarashe was nightmare from hell. She was rude and I of course, confronted her bad attitude and ill manner. The problem didn't stopthere; when my family got there for the cake, they encountered more confusion. Not going to waste my money there. There arestores provide friendly service and love to have my business. Store manager , you are doing a disservice to basket ribbon andyourself if you don?t keep your eyes open and monitor your staff. They closed early tonight. We drove about 15 minutes out of our way to get some ice cream and arrived 8 minutes before closing.... We were going to run in for a couple of scoops of ice cream to go. They had turned off the open sign, locked the doors, andstarted mopping. I attempted to open the door only to be told that, "we closed early tonight." I pointed to my watch and theopen sign and the young man mopping turned his head and continued mopping. I am all for getting closing jobs done early so youcan get home but it is frustrating to be turned away and then ignored during business hours. Read more
The young ladies working this evening (Monday, April 8) are very sweet, helpful, polite and accommodating. Really helped an... elderly lady. Just very nice to see. Patient with me as I decided what to order. Ice cream was very good as well (ordered acoffee flavor). Very wholesome ice cream neighborhood place. Keep it up! Read more
Ordered on uber eats twice now and twice have they messed up my order. Do not recommend what so ever.
