Well the guy behind the counter thinks he's hilarious but his humor was NOT appreciated by all. The customer who had his cone... fall apart in his hands didn't find his humor funny. The young lady was friendly and professional. She offered samples and alsopointed out the flavors that weren't displayed and probably get forgotten. When I walked in with my family of 11 and saw two sloppy looking teenagers working, I was worried that this wouldn't go well.... But I was happily surprised that these two high school age workers were super helpful, great with the kids, and even withlooking up some allergy concerns. The store was clean. Ice cream good. Customer service not the greatest girl who helped me walked away and her co... worker took over the register and asked if he could help And I said sure I was waiting on my receipt he said ok a goes to thetrash where the girl threw it away and read the order and asked if it was mine???????????I said no so he was going back to lookfor it again I said it?s ok nevermind????I?ve never in my life left a bad review for anyone but come on???????????I didn?tbother asking why my drink was the wrong color or why it didn?t taste the way it should. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a teenager behind the counter start yelling about a two year olds mask not on... properly. A teenager with no life experience yelling at an adult about a toddler. The undeniable disrespect was unforgettableand will never be back. Read more
