Today sunday 6/18/22 after 5pm we went to this location to get ice cream. The girl working the store had the front door locked.... She opened the door and told me she was not serving anyone since she was alone and had to clean. Even though the front sign saidit was open. There were many other customers sitting outside. Went in for one of those ice cream pizza. Price online "says about $21" and the price written on the actual item was $19.99.... Tell me why the Girl charged me over $40! I question the price difference. The Girl's response "I don't know, I just work here"LOL I recommend driving over to DQ Read more
On 2 occasions we had ordered a ice cream cake with a photo printed on it. When it was time to pick the cake up approximately a... week later it was not completed and it was due to the employee failing to do thier job. My wife and I was told that it was theowner of that location that didn't finish the cake. Way to ruin a birthday! We ended up buying a generic cake that they had. Noteven the right flavor. 2nd occasion was my daughter did not know that this was this location that we had issues with. Sheordered a cake that was supposed to be pecan praline that was heart shaped and a message on it. When she went to go pick it uponce again wasn't done. We called corporate and they informed this was a franchise store and they would have the owner call us.No call! No nothing. This was the last time for Baskin-Robbins. There are much better ice cream shops that care about theircustomers. I say Stay away from this location and try another in Vegas. STAY AWAY. No customer service, No business from myfriends, family and whoever I talk to about 31 Flavors Baskin-Robbins. Used to be a decent experience........ Read more
Honestly would not go back here. My medium drinks weren?t even at size ordered at least you would think try to top it off with... whip cream. Horrible management I would assume to not see what kind of drinks your employees are putting out. It?s not likepeople come here to get things for free. Your not handing ice cream out for free. Surprised how little ice cream I got for $6. A tiny cup is a 2 scoop sundae?doesn?t even make it over the rim of the cup. Now BR... is false advertising the same sundae looking huge?come on now. I pay you $6 give me at least a nice sundae. Baskin Robbinscorporate NEEDS a field trip to Braums in Oklahoma. That?s what a real sundae looks like!! (And only $3.65!) The young lady that served us was super sweet and helpful. The store itself was very clean and inviting. I personally tried the... Pistachio almond flavor for the first time and I really liked it. It?s always so hard to choose just one flavor so get a double scoop! I am a fan of the pistacho but and rocky road. If your... really in the mood for a ton of ice cream, grab a banana split! They gave us generous scoops and piled on the toppings. Choosefrozen yogurt or sorbet if your living life in the lighter side. During the week this location offers daily deals.
