While the manager at the time seemed frantic due to it being SuperBowl Sunday, she was very helpful and was able to prepare our... order very quick. The deal for the pretzel bucket came with drinks; we decided to do without it and she had went ahead and gaveus dipping sauces instead. Although the reviews of how she extends her treatment to her employees are valid, I do think that ouranecdote with her service was pleasant and efficient. I definitely think there's some opportunities for her to be less abrasivewith her team, and I hope that she is able to foster a better working environment in the same manner she was able to cater tous. The manager elizabeth is so rude!! She doesn?t care about her employees!! She treats them like garbage. My boyfriend has been... working there for some time and so was my good friend and it was my friends first job!! . The manager, Elizabeth, is a rude person and nobody should be giving her their business! Her staff is unorganized and not... properly trained, and she yells at them and berates them in front of customers. The way Elizabeth is treating her staff isabsolutely disgusting and she's even rude to customers! She's told customers that they either need to leave the line or tellsthem they weren't even in line! Was passing through the casino and saw their store. I love pretzels so I figured I'd get some.
