Truth is I haven't eaten in Arby's in about 10 years! But the food was pretty good not as good as I remember but it was... definitely good the only thing that was going through my mind where the damn commercials that they keep putting out! Got lunch with my dad. Ruben for him and a French dip for me, both very good. Excellent French fries the wavy crinkle kind. The... order taker guy was very friendly and Professional. Dining room was clean and well decorated. This location was a jack in thebox and then a very good taco place, both gone now. I would dine here again, it was good. I rang the bell on the way out. Manager has no training on customer service .3 sandwichs 3 fries 3 drinks . He charged me individually for each instead of... combo price . Total 44.00 When asked about pricing . His reply was you said "no " to combo. Who does that ? Says no to a lesseramount . He said lots of people who use corporate cards. So corporations don't go to Abry's they train their managers andemployees to rip you off I will never return .. Level up . Arby's in Henderson suck. Walked in to this one and two cashier's at the counter walked away and went on break. Guy at the drive... up window came over and ignored me as well, but had a few customers to handle. I waited 15 minutes with no interaction and leftthe store. As I was driving away there were employees on the back patio goofing off.... I have had issues at other locations.Stephanie location told me they ran out of roast beef at 630pm and Boulder Hwy location has kids running it and there is zeroconsistency. I am done with Arby's. Vegas Valley needs an adult in the room to run these franchises. I sent corporate an email 2weeks ago and crickets. Read more
There chicken oecan sandwich has gone down hill. Gooey mess which ends up with soggy bread. Also no pecans in the sandwich. Add... to that they no longer serve potato cakes! Two stars because servers were courteous and friendly. Food zero stars. Read more
My first two visits were fantastic food it was fresh, everything was good. I went last week thinking the same thing and I got a... cold sandwich with cold dried out ,which clearly had been sitting there for a long time, old chicken for my chicken sandwich. Iwas very disappointed I couldn't even eat it because the ends were so hard so I threw it away!!!
