Food was good, but parts of the order didn't arrive.

I don't really have a lot to say about my experience, here. I gave them four stars because I went through the drive-thru and it... was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I don't remember the gentleman's name who was working that night but it would havebeen somewhere between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. He was very pleasant and patient, while I took forever to make up my mind. Ireceived my food in a timely manner. I got exactly what I asked and paid for, without any conflicts or drama, and everything wasproperly handled. And while the dining room was already closed, I still feel like I received proper care and excellent service.The french fries were steaming hot and fresh as I requested, and the turkey and bacon ranch sandwich was superb! It's a little ways from my house but well worth it. The French Dip and curly fries are the best but it's either in Henderson or... N. Vegas. Great food at a good price, a must! Read more
Deserves no stars worked here months ago still the same with new staff. It's a respect I return environment, I know how hard it... was to work in fast food the whole staff here is rude . Daniel is this older Mexican guy who's all over the place , he doesn'tlisten an is argumentative so is the female manager short curly hair , Mexican has some weight an tall . I seen the cook at thetime around 1:30 of making my food stood by the counter she wasn't wearing gloves making my order while she was eating alsorestocked lettuce with no gloves . This is how ppl catch herpes/std's if your saliva touches your fingers then your touchingfood.it pays off to order inside an not so much through the drive thru I should of got it on camera . New in Vegas, tried this Arby's location and the new Wagyu Burger. I absolutely loved it, but I feel like I have to deduct a... star, because the waiting time in the drive thru was super long even though there were only two cars in front of me during lunchhour! Additionally, the Wagyu Burger is supposed to come at least medium according to how it's advertised, but mine was welldone. It's still an awesome burger with a thick patty and great flavor. Staff was really nice and got my order right, which isvery good considering the fact that this place may likely be strongly understaffed. Read more
