Arby's is the most consistent of the fast food places in my personal opinion. It's like a 1997 Toyota Camry of restaurants. You... don't brag about it, but you always get what you expect. It's not going to knock your socks off, but it won't disgust you. Thestaff here was very friendly and personable. Place could use a solid cleaning. I'd come back. Sometimes you need a little ToyotaCamry in your diet. Read more
The lobby needs a full cleaning and sanitizer wash everything. The main lobby entrance doors were dirty and hand prints all over... the glass, the staff were idling at the registration doing nothing and the attitude is down hill. I am surprised that thislocation in Henderson @#?$@? Read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT GO HERE! The guy who took me and my familys order was SUPER rushy and was giving me and my family... dirty looks the whole time. And the lady in the back kept walking up to the front and giving me dirty looks and staring like idid something wrong. Plus the lady left our food at the counter without telling us so by the time i checked, it was cold. Theguy who took my order was the WORST! super rude for NO reason! Will NOT go back there! Went thru drive thru, so can't comment on atmoshpere. Had to repeat myself 4-5x before person understood my request!?!?!????... checked my food before i left & still didn't do what i asked.... i wasnted cheese SPLIT on both buns & there was a ***MINISCULE*** amount on bottom bun!?!? Chng i was reading sign... at drive thru when girls voice asked to help i said oh youre open her sassy remark was "I said how may i help you" i commentedto cashier ur girl taking order is RUDE. also as leaving she made sure to give me my order makes another snide remark as shepoints to me and says "YOU" have a nice day.
