Jesus Christ these people either are that lazy or don?t wanna do their job! Order is always wrong in some way shape or form! How... do u get an order wrong now a days? I?d have to think all if not most of all fast food joints have a computers now that theytype the orders into then they appear on a screen for the cooks word for word what to make and put into an order. Such a horrible Customer Service from I believe was a female manager all tattooed up. Taking my order all rude. Like if I was... asking for a free meal. Never stopping here again. I hope she gets retrained on how to treat costumers who keep the businessopen so she can have a pay check. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off me and my family r from our of town we wanted to grab a box of chicken to go. We... stood in line they helped the people in front of us when it was our turn they basically told us and the family behind us thatthe lobby was now closed it was only 6. I know they dont close at 6 I used to work at a Popeyes and we would close at 11 theysaid they were short staff I saw at least 3 staff members when I used to work at my Popeyes we were a staff of 3 and neverdenied a paying customer. He said the only way we could get our food was if we went through drive through (which Is dumb theyhad tons of chicken ready)and we waited if they were going to close the lobby why not go lock the door or put a sign now closeno they wait for us to be next to say close. So we left and took our business to the friendly McDonald's next door. The familybehind us also took their business there and the staff and food was great. I had the chicken tenders. There was no taste and flavor. I did order the spicy. But customer service was good.
I?d give 0 stars if I could. Paid 11$ for 5 pieces of shrimp that?s mostly batter, what looks like an extra small fry with a... biscuit that?s too hard to eat. Food is either always undercooked or over cooke. Especially the Henderson location. It is fastfood but For the price you pay at Popeyes I?d expect something a little better. Do better Popeyes.
