My husband and I enjoyed the smoked chicken meal with green beans and coleslaw. It also came with a bottled soft drink and slice... of wheat bread and pickle. The plate was $12 and for good reason! I got enough food for 2 :) After walking in to order and backout with our hot food in 3 mins straight to a picnic table at the park across the street. Owners are very considerate and can remember people and their orders. They know my girls get the loaded fries without certain... things. They always make sure to speak to the girls and engaged them. The food is always spot on and portions are huge andgenerous. Read more

Small carryout BBQ place. I have never been disappointed with anything from here! Pork, brisket, potato salad, bbq beans,... loaded tater etc. I can't even remember everything I've tried. The portions are big. Loaded tater was good for 2+ meals(pictured without sour cream). They have bottled drinks and bags of chips to go with the plate lunches/dinners. The food is good, and the portions are very generous. My problem is, many times I drive across town, just to find a note on the... door that they're closed until whatever time. I believe that if you have things to do almost daily, schedule a specific shutdown time for an hour or two daily. Call it your "break" or "lunch" Read more
I'd been wanting to get Taylor's for a few months and somehow just never made it there. Finally made it today, it's located in a... very easy to get to place, and if not for the rain would be perfect to pick up food and walk over to a park bench for a niceoutdoor lunch or dinner. I ordered the bbq mac 'n cheese and had jalapenos added (why is jalapeno mac and cheese not a thing?).Prices seemed a little high till I received my order and realized that it will easily be lunch today, tomorrow, and the nextday. As far as the food, it's awesome. Hot melted cheese, shredded pork, perfectly cooked macaroni, and the little kick from myadded jalapenos. Lunch for the next few days is going to be definitely looked forward too. I highly recommend Taylor's foranyone looking to try something new and you are supporting a local business too. Read more
