Very neat place with river view. Our Strombolis were taking a little longer than usual so our waitress brought us an order of... cheese stuffed bread with nacho cheese while we waited. Strombolis were worth the wait! We probably could have shared one theywere so large. We didn?t have children with us, but noticed that the waitress brought pizza dough to two children seatednearby. They had a great time kneading it while they waited for their food. Would highly recommend this place! Read more
Visit started out a little rough because we stood while a waitress came up to the hostess station and walked away. Then someone... else seated us, but we sat unassisted for 10+ minutes. Fortunately we finally were noticed and everything turned around. Oureventual waitress was a bit busy but very nice. She did keep our drinks full. So this is kind of a regular spot for average pizza. The thin crust is not an una style and not a floppy New York crust. The... cheese is always kinda thick and the toppings are good quality. Nothing is just ecstatic with the pizza but that doesn?t mean itis bad! It is always good pizza just not that FIRE pizza I gotta have! Read more
I'm shocked this place has a 4.6 rating! My experience goes from bad to worse. The pepper shaker on the table had some kind of... funk on it (not clean). My wife ask for a glass for her beer, the chilled glass revealed finger prints inside AND lip printsaround the rim! (I wonder what mine looked like before the beer was poured in). Then the food comes out. The bone in chickenwings were VERY fatty. I picked them apart and got enough meat from 6pcs to fill a shot glass. I gave the plate of fat and bonesto the server and told her to tell management that was pathetic. As for the pizza, (since the wings provided nothing for hunger)I ate a piece. I've had better pizza from kroger (I'm serious). By the time we finished a slice of pizza and our beers, no onefrom management came out to see us. I used to order from them years ago when I lived in Henderson. For many years I have sang their praises and remarked on just how... good their Stromboli in particular is. We were recently in the area and FINALLY after 16 years of telling my wife how memorabletheir Stromboli is she got to try it for herself. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
