The chicken sandwiches were burnt and not edible at all this is the second time this has happened and I paid $22.21 this is... unacceptable. I keep reading all of these reviews, and we get response contact us here so we can figure out what to do better.Get better staff, every time I have gone up there no one is ever doing any work, as anyone can see there is a high turnover rateof employees, new management who will run the place like it should be ran would increase profits and customer service. Got a ½lb chicken bites combo. Does this look like ½lbs of chicken? 13 pieces and A TON of fries (on a MEDIUM combo... order!) Kid who made my box also was not wearing gloves while handling my COOKED food which is against safety regulations. Ihave been away from Kentucky for nearly 3 years now and I was just giving them a chance hoping things would have been betterthan they were 3 years ago but nope. I went there for the first time on 8/31/22 at about 7:30 p.m. What a disappointment. There was just me and one other car in the... drive-thru, but yet it took them almost 10 minutes just to take my order. When I did get to the window, they asked me to park. Ididn't think that was a big deal because I ordered a fish sandwich and a rally burger. When it came out, the fish was warm butnot hot. Which is strange because why would I need to park for that. The rally burger was cold. The meat was room temperatureplus cold vegetables. I took one bite and threw it away. I've read how other people didn't get napkins with their order. I cantestify that is absolutely true. Thankfully the Rally's in Evansville don't have this problem. I can safely say that this was mylast time going to this location. **Update** I want to thank the owner for giving me the non-apology apology. TERRIBLE! I went through the drive thru on Monday about 1pm. It wasn't busy and I was the second inline. I ordered Pibb Xtra... with the combo and was told at the window (not the speaker) they were out. No big deal I got an unsweet tea. I was told to pullaround to wait. Waited 20 minutes after I ordered and went to check on my order of fry seasoned chicken tenders and told it wascoming out soon. Finally got my food and fries tasted good but were not hot. Chicken tenders did not have any flavor and overdone. No napkins in the bag! Avoid this place!! So sad Rallys used to be good. Read more
Placed a $40 order online - got there and said they never got order. Got an order confirmation number in email, a point of sale... confirmation number, rewards points from the order in the app and a survey request for it. Kind of says they did? Restaurantwould not fix the order even when showing all these things and offered no refund. Called 800 number on the email confirmationand waiting to hear back. Read more
This place use to be cheaper have great deals and the services were faster. I have gone 2 times recently after midnight and... it's been a let down. The people are very cold. They don't acknowledge you when you pull to the window and they had you a drinkthen close the window and then when food is ready they open it back and have you the straw and your food and shut the window notone word. The least surprising fast food review ever. However, for $34 I'd expect a little better everything. The burgers and fries were... cold, they didn't give us ketchup for the kids chicken tenders, they didn't have sweet tea, and they didn't include therequested sweetener for the unsweetened tea. I'm not sure why we had to pull around and wait for because our order wasincomplete and cold. Disappointing. Poor service and food. Avoid. I won't be back. Read more
