Hi my name is Patrick Parker, I came in august 14th 2022 when you all just opened at 11am with not much customers around. I... ordered Buffalo chicken wrap that took longer than normal considering that I have order the same item before and didn?t takelong. Waitress explained to me what was going on but she should have had a manager involved explaining to me why it?s taking solong cause I told the waitress that I was about to leave and go somewhere else. As I was eating, waitress never bother to checkin on me, and handed me full bill without saying sorry about the service. If the food is taking longer than usual; waitressshould of had a kitchen manager talking to me. But at the meantime, waitress should of checked in on me while eating to makesure everything else is ok as well. If a customer tells you he is about to leave to go somewhere else then a manager should beinvolved immediately. Customer should not ask for manager under this kind of circumstance. Read more
We went because that's where my nephew picked yo ho for his Birthday dinner with family. I ordered the chicken pasta and when... they found out they were out of noodles they came back and said the manager was going to get some if she could get the chancebut asked if I wanted something else if she couldn't. Slow service and average pizza, the fried mushrooms could have been good but there was little to-no seasoning in the breading.... The pizza was okay but was delivered to my table barely warm. This could have possibly been rectified but the server never cameback to my table. I flagged her down for the check and to pay and that was the only interaction with her after she took my orderupon arrival. My bill for a small pizza, water and mushrooms was close to $30, $36 with a tip?..that?s a bit much for oneperson, however I do have some leftovers-hopefully they are better the next day with some added touches.
