Pulled into driveway a few minutes before open so I could decide what I wanted, guy working said they wouldn't open for another... 15 mins, but their hours state they open at 11 it was 10:58. Pulled around to wait till 11 doors weren't unlocked and the kidworking just hid in the back the whole time, wouldn't answer the phone either. Read more
They don't check their doordash orders. Orderd pizza waited an hour for a driver, Doordash couldn't find one so I went to get it... myself. They didn't have the order ready and it took 3 people to find it on the computer. The manager told me he couldn't makeit for me even though I paid for it. I canceled the order. Also even time I try to call no one answers and there are at least 5people working in the store. Read more
Weirdly aggressive and presume anyone using the drive-thru to pick up an order is a Doordasher. At first I was aggressively... told I HAD to pull around and come inside to pick up the two orders my car had. I mentioned the app said we could do drive-thruand it was only then we were established as not being (apparently hated) delivery drivers. Both employees working registerseemed actively peeved. One of the two pizzas had clearly been in the heater for too long as the cardboard was soggy to thepoint we didn't feel comfortable carrying it without bottom support. Read more
Poor customer service. I tried calling before i went but they would not answer the phone. I went through the drive thru to order... pizzas for work. I asked for 6 pizzas and they acted like that was too many and told me I would have to wait a while. I saidthat was fine. I got to the window to pay with $100 bill and the lady said, "You better go somewhere to get that changed becausewe don't take $100 bills." I have never written a review on google before, I felt I had to just to warn people of this place. I ordered on the Little... Caesars App, delivery was quick. My wife and I ended up eating a couple of slices and I sensed something was off but not soonenough, the dough of the pizza was completely raw! That?s not the worst part, the worst part is my wife is pregnant. Pregnantwomen aren?t supposed to eat any kind of raw product like this that can have dangerous bacteria and harm the baby. So now I?mstressed but most of all I just want a refund, I call the number on their website, it?s disconnected. I call the store numbermultiple times, nobody answers. So not only do you threaten the life of my unborn child but you also won?t even answer the phoneto give me a refund.
