The food was good and the employees curtious. However the floor was so nasty sticky and the bathrooms were so dirty that it was... a bit gross. Service was also slow. My son loves this place and I like the food as well, but they need to clean more and do abetter job. I would have been willing to wait on food, but the cleaning is a major problem. Read more

Oh man have things changed since the pandemic! The sausage egg and cheese biscuit I ordered was good but too salty. And let me... tell you about their cinnamon rolls....these use to be delicious and big and so flavorful!...not anymore! It was small...it wasovercooked and it was tough to chew!!!I had my last cinnamon roll from grandys today. I'm giving them 3 stars (which I think isbeing generous) because I do like their breakfast biscuits and sausage...but way too much salt ! Read more

I wish i could give this place a zero. The service was completely AWFUL. Most of the the workers were rude and didnt have... respect. Food was tasty. Only problem was the person taking order was confusing to talk to and they got one order wrong. They gave us a... country fried steak dinner instead of the sandwich. My first time ever eating at Grandys and I don't know why I would want to return. The drive thru was slow but I don't hold that... against since I understand much of the industry is having staffing shortages. When I got my food first thing I noticed was nonapkins, which are always necessary for fried chicken. I ordered okra, taters and brown gravy with 2 piece dark. NOTHING on theplate was at a proper serving temperature. I can't imagine they're serving so much okra that they can leave it sitting aroundprecooked but it was nowhere near freshly cooked which turned it into just a greaseball and wasted okra. The chicken was alsoserved under proper temp and seemed overcooked as well. The roll was the warmest thing on the plate and the taters and gravywere okay. The drive thru cashier was okay. Corporate office would be wise to come in and fix this bad restaurant becausethey're ruining any reputation you have. Read more
