Everytime I come here I don?t get my full order. Tonight I order a cravings box?s didn?t get my chalupa I also ordered a steak... quesuriito and didn?t receive that either. Long drive thru lines They forgot one of the two things I ordered. When telling the worker he slams the door shut. About five... minutes later I get a cold quesadilla that was made wrong, had no creamy jalapeño sauce. This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell. I have been here several times they?re always out of something including drinks. I had... to go across the street to sonic to get a drink. Today was the second time I have gone there only to be not served, no one evercame. I was in the drive thru being their lobby is always closed. I honked and knocked on the window after sitting at thespeaker box for several minutes. I left and went to McDonald?s next door. My order was immediately taken with great customerservice. I saw two other cars do the same thing as me. Calling corporate does nothing this place has had no changes in months.How can they even afford keep their doors open and pay employees when they have no money coming in. What a joke! Read more
Was going to visit here, but had to choose another location because they had closed their lobby with no signage indicating this.... Felt annoyed because I attemped to open all of the doors to find every one of them locked. If they're going to close the lobbyearly for whatever reason, they need to put a sign out there. Sad because I really had a taste for tacos. Read more
I just left taco bell in Hempstead, Tx. I asked for a beefy melt burrito. Wasn?t expecting the burrito to look like the picture... but where is the beefy at on this melt. ???? Doesn?t deserve one star. Will not eat here again. I?ll go the the McDonald?s nextdoor. Read more
The food is actually pretty good and service has been fine, however on two trips over two different days the men's restroom has... been out of soap. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the food if none of the employees wash their hands after going tothe bathroom. Read more
Sloppy and rude. I ordered a Mexican pizza. It look like they just tossed things in the general direction of the pizza. There... was only about 50% sauce with 50% shell. Just a bunch of empty crust. So I asked for more sauce and more cheese, she didn?t saya word she just went back and got it handed it to me and walked away no apology while I stood there at the counter and made myown dinner.
