So rating on the fast food scale. The line was long, but moved fast. The crew was nice, smiling, and the food was fresh.
I?m not sure if the level of service is due to incompetence or just trying to rush to complete orders. I had a simple damn plain... ice coffee 1 cream 2 sugars. I got caramel coffee not once but twice. The 3rd coffee just tasted off and I think the lady usedSplenda. The DANG ORDER IS SPELLED OUT ON THE RECEIPT! The location also had a rank odor of feces and the entire lobby/eatingarea was completely dirty. The place seemed very busy but management needs to stop and take a step back and adjust. Read more
This McDonald's can use way better Management. It's way below the standards we have come to expect of McDonald's. Went thru... Drive thru. The mic of the drive-thru personnel was muffled or the speakers at the terminal was bad. In any case the order takerwas way too casual and unprofessional. Despite my repeated request that his mic is muffled he Hurried through the order and asa no surprise messed it up completely. The manager tried fixing it at the window but not to our satisfaction. Nonetheless, moretraining is needed and strict adherence to protocols is required at this McDonald's. Read more
Visited here, after finding Taco Bell next door had closed their lobby early. Was able to get an order but if I had walked over... here from the truck stop just about 5 minutes later, I would not have been able to go in because they closed the lobby early.Not sure if they were going to put any signage out. Google says they are open 24 hours on Saturday. We went to the drive thru and they said their "system was down" and to come back... in 45 min. We waited in the parking lot along with the employees cars that were parked in front of the restaurant. After 45 minwe went back in the drive thru and they ignored us. Just say you don't want to work lol Read more
Good stop for your trip from Houston to Austin. Took the drive thru. lack of attention to the truck driver, they close the doors to consume inside very early and wait for the driver of a trailer to... turn around the drive truck as if we were vehicles and making a line something that is very wrong and they should consider aprofessional drive who stops for dinner and can't make it? uff serve your customers in the best way. The food was what you get at McDonalds, but in the better quality side. The restaurant was very clean and modern and the... bathrooms were very clean. Def a nicer McDonalds. Read more
