It's fast food. It isn't a Mexican restaurant so I got what I expected. Nice clean interior and friendly service.
Honestly a horrible experience. Staff was demoralized food was stale and one of the managers was extremely rude to me and my mom... when we came in. We were not greeted and we had to wait several minutes until the manager came and took our order. He seemedlike he did not want to be there at all and when we asked for his name he refused to give it to us we took our food and leftwill not be returning. Read more
Asked for extra hot sauce for my bean, cheese and rice burrito but they only gave me 1. When I called to bring it to the... managers attention, Selma, she said it was their policy to only give 1 per item. I said what if I asked for more than 1? Shesaid I could come inside to get more. But, that's inconvenient and the whole purpose of going through the drive thru is so youdont have to get out of your car when it's 108 degrees. Plus, by the time I go back, getting back in my car, then coming backhome my burrito would be cold. Since these people are mean, unfriendly, and out of touch with reality of the food their servingI'll be going somewhere else instead. There are many other taco bells in the area. I'll just boycott this taco bell for a fewyears like I've done in the past and just go somewhere else to eat when I need a quick meal. Read more
