I got a Togo order at 8:35 pm on 9/18 but this isn?t about that. It is what I witness and how I was treated that night inside... the restaurant while waiting for my food. Since they close at 9, the staff was cleaning the lobby & the cook was cleaning thekitchen. Here?s why I am writing this horrible review?. The cook was spraying chemicals onto the wall, directly over the foodbeing prepared in the fryer. Being 7 years in the restaurant industry myself, it stuck out to me. As I stood there and watchedit happen multiple times, also watching the particles in the air move down towards the fryer, I brought it to the attention of astaff member ?Amanda?. She notified the cook ?a customer brought this to my attention? and the cook immediately started talkingback. He started arguing and talking loud enough to where I could hear him stating he?s not doing anything wrong. He said ?it?sa closed floor so there?s nothing wrong with it? & I said ?you?re spraying chemicals directly over food you?re preparing?. Atthis point he stayed quiet (until I left) and I stated ?I work in a restaurant, I took the test. That?s a hazard.? At whichpoint I grabbed my food and left, thankful it wasn?t my food being prepared, yet nervous to eat my order. I am not only furiousof the blatant disregard this cook had for food safety, but the fact he felt the need to argue back when a paying customerpointed out he is commuting a hazard that could get a lot of people sick. Never going here again and I genuinely hope he getsreprimanded & has to take the test again. Read more
They asked you twice to donate money. I think one should be enough. We asked for soy sauce twice and they didn't give us any,... had to go back and get it. Girl wasn't too friendly either. But the food is usual was excellent. Read more
I moved up here from Oceanside and loved Panada Express for years in Oceanside, always fresh. Your Panda Express in Hemet is... awful, it's stale and taste like you recook your food. I have tried you twice and results the same. Read more
This lady gave me the last of two items and handed me a half empty plate like it was fine. Then I waited for chow mein and she... helped another large order customer before returning to my order. I was there first. Never going back to Panda. Small portions,highly processed flavors that taste acrid, I don't know what my family saw in them. Read more
Overall, the food is great and serving size is excellent. The one food that sucks is the fried rice. Everytime I order it, it's... hard and dry. It's no likely that I'll be ordering fried rice ever again from any Panda Express. Such a shame. Read more
So I went there last Thursday after ordering online. When I got home my bf was talking ish to me because I only got him half and... half and honey walnut shrimp. I told him I got him orange chicken too. They totally forgot the chicken. I called repeatedly but,no answer. I came back yesterday to get my babes chicken. They made it up to him by replacing the plate. I was happy and he washappy. I would definitely return because I feel that they value my business. Read more

It seems the chow mein has more lettuce or cabbage in it then it used to. More noodles, less cabbage please Panda Express
