This location is HORRIBLE!!! Save your time and money and drive to a different location. This location is ran by teenagers. And... very unprofessional, hired on the spot and obviously not properly trained teenagers! I had a complaint and asked to speak to amanager and she refused to come to the window stating ?she was a minor and doesn?t speak to guests?. I am disgusted by the waythey act at night!!! If I could give less than one star I most definitely would. I pulled up to the window and could barely hearthem over the inappropriate music they were playing and they were too busy talking and horsing around to provide decent customerservice. They need a mature older employee as a manager at night to get this location together. It is horrible. I understand noone wants to work right now, but if them hiring teenagers, that are not able to be professional, was their only option?then theyshould close down until they can hire or train them better! I was even told by the employee that they don?t care about mecalling corporate and that nothing would happen. So let?s see what happens when I do?just please don?t waste your time or moneyhere. Ordering was pleasant however the young man taking money shoved my change and receipt in my hand making no eye contact (too busy... talking to co-worker) & shut the window without a thank you or telling me what window to use for pick-up. Got my order and mostof the french fries were on the bottom of the bag, the fish sandwich bun was stale and the cheese looked as if it had beensitting too long. New building, with minors basically running the store. Customer service could be better and towards closing time, most of the... employees don't care what the quality of the food is, they just want to get home. Every time I go there the sweet tea is notsweet and I have to go in or drive back around to get another one. The food I got last night was cold and like I said when it'sclose to closing they don't care. Really wish they would have taken more time to train staff better. Read more
Worst Big Mac I ever ate (after decades of Big Macs). Dry, flat, hardly any sauce at all, and not even hot. Just room... temperature. I had to swallow a lot of water to get it down. I gave one star because the fries were good. Read more
Worse experience with McDonald?s I?ve ever had. I?ve had bad service before but this was by far the worse. Young teenagers who... work there and just joke around. Only take care of their friends behind us. Don?t take our order or even tell us the lane isbroken or not working. Went to finally order at the window and he tells us they have no quarter pounder meat. Worse serviceever. This generation of teenagers is ridiculous, hire new people. REALLY happy with this location as far as quality of service and food. While yes it's fast unhealthy option for lunch. It's nice... that their fries where hot even if they had no salt on them an the serving was quick and friendly. Too many fast food workersdon't like or respect their jobs and it often results with the customer getting the short end of the stick. Read more
Went thru the drive-thru last night for flavored coffee drinks since Starbucks was closed early!!???? Had our fur baby with us... and we had already promised him a pup-a-chino, so when we pulled up to the window, we didn't even have to ask,...the lady at thewindow handed us one!!
