I go here because it's the most convenient place while riding a bicycle to stop and grab a bite to eat. You can park your... bicycle right outside front window and it's always in your line of sight. Very good if u don't have a lock. The employees hereseemed consists of mainly young adults if not just fresh out of high school but they seem to do a relatively good job at keepingcustomer happy and keeping quality production of their products so overall is a good experience I will say that some of themplays need to work on their communication skills with customers a little bit better and prioritize which tasks to handle firstconsidering you have a customer at the counter for 10 minutes because you want to talk to your friends that's why you get threestars Read more

I wasn't in the mood for fries and a burger for once. They have a very nice teriyaki chicken bowl with egg rolls. Very nice for... a change of pace. This jack-in-the-Box is new and I've taken a picture of the hours you can see. Would definitely recommend. Read more

I picked up my daughter from the hospital this morning and we decided to pick up something to eat. We pulled into the drive thru... and ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets, a breakfast burrito combo with a chocolate shake, a sourdough sandwich and 2 morechocolate shakes. We waited and waited and waited. I'm not sure of the time but a half hour at least. Several cars pulled out ofline and drove away. When we reached the window I asked what the problem was. Three young men were standing there and we weretold something to the effect that the computer mixed up all the orders. I saw the three chocolate shakes sitting there and askedif they had been sitting there long and one of the you men told me no, he just made them 2 minutes ago. Well the whipped creamwas melted against the lid which looked unappealing and the shakes had definitely began melting. Not only that, all the food waseither cold or barely warm. I didn't hear any apologies or anything offered to make it right and we paid $33. I suppose thatthese three young men did not have much experience and apparently there wasn't even a supervisor on duty. Needless to say, I amnot happy with Jack in the Box. Read more

I have no doubt that they make it right there in the kitchen as we waited about 15 minutes for a medium order. They also messed... an order by putting spicy sauce on a sandwich. I'm guessing they were short staffed, and that might be a reason for the issues? Read more

This Jack in the Box has the nicest drive thru employees. The guy Jailind was very clear and made sure our order was correct and... that we got napkins, sauces and straws before we drove off. He and I believe her name was Miriam were very nice, respectful andyou can tell they are hard working. When we got in line for the drive thru there were 5 cars ahead of us and it felt like weonly waited a total of 10mins from the end of the line to placing our order and getting our food. Read more
