The food's good but I think I have to give the curly fries a thumbs down, they're always stale.
The employees are very friendly around 11 pm. The food tasted fresh.

Apologies for the rant. Been coming to this Jack in the Box drive thru for a bit for this particular Vanilla Iced coffee with... no issues for about a month. A few other locations make it too sweet, but I usually have no issues with this one. Didn't askfor receipt this time, and now I regret it. Coffee tastes like syrup, and didn't have time to stop back there. Cashier at windowdidn't seem too hospitable as well. Would hope that the next visit would be better. This place is hit or miss, as far as them getting your order right. I've only experienced disappointment in the drive thru... though, they're pretty good in the lobby. (Update, I still stick to my original comment. ) Read more
The past at least 2 years this place has been the BEST jack in the box out of Hemet & San Jacinto. #1 with customer service,... short time wait ,& Most importantly INGREDIENTS !!! THE FOOD HERE MATCHES THE PICTURES !!! ???????? Read more
Ordered 6 piece chicken strips and 2 of the 6 were more like "nuggets".. definately not worth $9
I've been here often and never felt the need to leave a negative review but this one girl did me in...usually service is okay... and I don't know if this girl was new, but i asked for a water cup with my order. I finished paying and she walked away withoutgiving me my water cup so I asked again. She proceeded to ask me to get out of the way to help someone behind me while FULLYsticking her fingers and whole hand in my water cup and helping the person behind me, holding my cup hostage and tainting it. Myorder was never completed. I grabbed my water cup after waiting way too long while staring at her help someone else who cameafter me. Thankfully there were two water cups so I used the bottom one. I went there again and the service was good..they evenbrought my food to my table which was nice plus the stuff I asked for quickly but at the same time there were A TON of fliesthat day. I hope the original girl isn't still working there. I didn't see her the last time but she really put a damper on myexperience and she's definitely not meant to work in fast food. Read more
