I have tried a few taco shops in Hemet. None of them compare to El Ranchito. It is the best darn taco shop in all of Hemet.... Everything I have ordered is delicious!???? The young girls at the counter are pleasant. The shop appears clean. They alwayshave customers. That's always a good sign. They got our order wrong one. My only complaint is the young staff never saysThank-you after you pick up your food. A Thank-you goes a long way!???????????????????????????????????????? Read more
This review is for the owner of this joint. You need to seriously reconsider training your staff, particularly the females that... run the registers. Absolute horrible customer service. You have one female who stands there when taking an order like she isbeing forced to work there and doesn't want to be there. She doesn't greet customers who come to the register to order nor doesshe ask what you would like. She stands there looking around like she isn't listening to you when you do order. Then when you goto ask what ingredients are in a particular item, she stands there, yet again like a zombie and speaks in monotone. The name onmy receipt was Maria. But we, who have worked in fast food, know that the name on the receipt doesn't necessarily coincide whithwho is on register. Maybe if you'd hire people that actually want to work and have some decent customer service, you wouldn'tget reviews like this, so take note. Read more
Really good food all the time. Their guacamole salsa is absolutely fantastic. We eat here regularly and have never had a bad... meal. I've had burritos, tacos, nachos.... and it's good. I recommend you call in your order ahead if you're in a hurry. Read more

There are sooo many things wrong with this place starting with the clueless job oblivious teenage girls at the registers. Only... reason i gave this fake taco shop 1 star is because there is no way to give them negative stars because it would deserveNEGATIVE 5 on food quality and service. Stay away from this place. Taco Bell would be an upscale. McDonald's would probably doa better job making tacos. Ridiculously expensive for the disgusting food they serve there. The salsas are from a jar.Everything is smoothed in ketchup and the disgusting $3 mini guacamole is just a joke! Read more
