Ordered online at 5:14. In the pizza tracker order said complete ready for pick up. Went To the store to wait another 30... minutes for pizza to be ready! Absolutely ridiculous! Order on line and asked for light sauce once I picked up my order it were extra sauce so I told the crew person and this guy was... so upset and mad that he started slamming and throwing items. Now remaking my order even the other crew came from the backbecause they also heard the loud noises very unprofessional in the workplace he doesn't need to work there if he gets thatupset over remaking a pizza he made a mistake I willnotever visit 4160 again. Oct 1 around 7:50 in the afternoon noon .I placed a carry out order and walked in and noticed immediately a young employee on... his personal phone while packing a order with no gloves that was a red flag .2nd red flag all the employees with no gloves whilemaking pizzas ..3rd red flag a employee with the dirtiest faded un tug dominoes uniform that shouldn?t be allowed and theyshould be given and decent new shirts every time it starts looking bad?and the good thing they were fully staff ..and whoevertook my order she?s a 5 star I didn?t take her name .. Pizza isn't bad. Service is pretty good and issue with orders are clear up without a lot of effort. Way better than papa john's... taste and service wise. Read more
Just had a horrible experience with this place. Ordered online to be delivered. Tracking app said delivered waited 20 min no... pizza then call to ask about pizza on hold for 15 minutes tells us that we can cancel but there were other deliveries and wewould be there shortly. We try to go on the app to cancel and guess what. We can't cancel because they already put it in thesystem as delivered. Then they arrive 30 minutes later with cold pizza. Says to call to cancel and get refund. (I sent thepizza back to the shop incase anyone is wondering). Then waited on hold for another 25min. While I was on hold my girlfrienddrove to the location to see if that was faster. I finally got someone on the phone and start to calmly tell them what happened.They hung up. Then my girl gets there and guess what. THERE ARE 8 PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND NO ONE ELS IN THE STORE. Sheexplained the situation again calmly and no apology just told here she would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I used tolike domino's. Please get it together. It will be a few months to a year when all the employees quit before I come back. Oh andthanks for the customer service guy who kept telling us how important our order and business was to us on hold. This location is such a frustration. We previously lived outside the Domino?s delivery area and always had to drive into town to... get pizza. A year and a half ago we bought a new place and we?re so excited to get delivery. After the 5th delivery we startedpicking up our pizza. Every single time all of the toppings were slide to the side. And 3 times out of 5 they would only go tothe gate of our community. I buzzed them in and even gave them the gate code but they wouldn?t deliver. Tonight I orderedcarside but they marked it that they already brought it out so a whole lot of drama just to get our order. Going to have to finda new pizza place. Read more
Be aware, this store does not participate in Dominos 2 min carside pickup guarantee. They stopped our timer at 30 sec and then... we waited 10 more min (40 min total and they werent busy). After going inside manager said the 2 min guarantee is only acorporate and said our pizzas were still in the oven even though the ap showed them in the oven 20 min ago. Team is not usingtheir technology correctly or purposely fixing their stats, then not willing to address this with their customers. Got home andpizza is missing dough in the center and under cooked (all the toppings in the middle have no dough and are stuck to the box). Ithink they tried to use medium dough for a large hand tossed because the pizza is not 14 inches and where there is dough itsthin except around the edges where its raw. I dont even trust to taking this back now because of the attitude of the manager I'mafraid theyll spit in my food or something. This is the Domino's I use regularly. I usually have no issues with a pickup order or a carry out or delivery. This go around no... one brought my order out and when the person picking the pizza up walked in the order was still on the rack for 15 minutes andthe person just turned around and handed it to them. So that was an extra 15 minutes wasted but there is a plus.. I earned afree pizza but now I have 15 minute cold pizza. Come on people put a little motivation into your life in all that you do.
