Before purchasing a meal I thought I would wash my hands, then the cashier told me that the bathroom (s) were closed because a... pipe was broken which made me wonder where or how the employees were washing their hands and relieving themselves. Even at random selection to venture the drive thru, I'm never regretful due to the time or amount of cars. And this location... I've never had to "pull forward" for my food. Which is a pet peeve of mine. Read more
My order was wrong for dine in so I asked for it to be fixed. They took the wrong order and put it in the back. I don't like... seeing that because it makes me think they would just use it for someone else or use it to make my new order. If a place messesup your order they should give it to you for free or throw it in the trash because it is no longer sanitary, not that I'm adirty person or anything like that but they don't know me and should not assume the food is safe. I understand throwing out foodor giving it away for free is bad for profit but not doing so makes a place look dirty and cheap. Read more
One thing Carl's JR does is honor their old and expired mail coupons. I love them for that. It is like they print their own... money and send you some in the mail. Obviously food is no good if it is not delicious, and their burgers are delicious.Something about their food makes me feel like I'm eating a hearty meal. Thanks Karl K. Best fresh biscuits I've had from a foodjoint. Western bacon is a favorite and so is a lettuce wrapped Superstar. Could be open a bit earlier in my opinion. But I'm nottaking a star off for that.
