1:20 pm Oct 29th 2022 stood in line for 15 minutes for a mobile order to be delivered after driving 10 mins to arrive here. Had... to listen to a baby screaming over the PA system for nearly 10 minutes. WHY WOULD YOU JUST LET THAT PLAY WHERE THE CUSTOMERSCOULD HEAR THAT. It was the most foul sound I've ever heard. The staff here deserves praise for the fact they did it right... the Whopper was not slapped together but each part was placed... with care ... I worked in fast food for years in school... to me having the meat and condiments centered on the bun wasimportant... it has been years going to Burger Kings than I found a Whopper as well made as here... BTW... the original BurgerKing (Character) is my son's Godfather... I worked in advertising for Burger King and we did shows all across the country...this Burger King's Whopper (I have eaten Thousands) was the most perfect made Whopper I have ever had... So tonight I didn?t look forward to going to the drive thru with my complicated special order. Pierre took my order like no... other person has done before. Very fast,very accurate, very polite and very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with hisprofessionalism and was even more greatful my whole order was done correctly. Came by late and was hungry. Wanted some burgers. They only had one whopper patty left. Wait...what...? Ashley was the order... taker. Very polite and courteous. She explained about the patty and how she would give me the 2 for $6. That wasawesome! Checked the bag before leaving and got home to eat. Chicken sandwich was good. The burger not so much. Wife gotsick. Fries were under salted. Ashley is what saved this review. Hey, BK...pay her more money. Read more
Absolutely terrible, no service both inside and via the drivethru. Inside they were severely understaffed. I waited 10 minutes... inside, only one person ahead of me. Only one lady at the counter running back and forth doing her best to manage. After noservice, I left for the drivethru. Same lady said to please wait. So I did. After 4 minutes with no answer, I left! Sad. ThisBurger King can do better! HIRE more people please. Read more
