I used to love Taco Palenque. Being from Laredo, TP has always been more like comfort food to me. It might just be this... location, but they can't ever get a simple instruction right. I always ask for tortilla well done. Something about seeing a rawtortilla grosses me out. I always have to remind them, too, to please make sure it's fully cooked. Again, this morning mybreakfast had some raw tortillas. I called the manager to complain, and he wants to tell me that the tortillas "get soft" aftersitting for a while. I'm Mexican! I've been eating tortillas all my life and they don't get like this. It seems the customerservice is getting worst too. Overall, I'm super disappointed. Read more
Horrible horrible drive thru practices! You pull up 5 cars for what?!! Go somewhere with your hard earned money, where you are... respected as a customer!!! I was pulled up with five other cars. We were all given a number spots, but the dine in patronsalready parked there! What kind of show is this? Waited over 20 minutes and when I went in to ask for a refund... i decided nottoo when the lady was already looking for me right outside with my 4 tacos. Over 20 mins for 4 tacos guys! I did get some fideo,maybe that is why... Why do you treat your loyal customers like this. I easily pay over over 30 dollars everytime i come out.And I come out alot alot alot. The food is always great. I typically order through the app and pick up inside the store in the evenings. When I arrive in the... store I am not greeted so I stand in front of the section where you pick up your order. Eventually someone will sit the foodthere and I have to reach behind the glass barrier to get the food. This has happened to me twice. I typically do not complain,I am only leaving this detail because I was asked specifically by the owner based on my rating. Thank you! Read more
Amazing food! And spectacular service! Anahi (cashier) was extremely friendly and helpful! Jesus was so helpful. Checking on us... in the lobby multiple times! And even held the door for us as we left. I don?t eat here often but i definitely be back soon.Great service thank you taco p! Read more
Tried red enchiladas, but I really like the green/verde those were excellent.
