Showed up at 9:45pm to sit down and eat. They close at 11pm. Every staff member refused to serve us because they "cleaned... already." We even offered to tip them crazy good and they said no. Imagine turning down customers that are literally offering togive you CASH and turning it down. Unreal. Read more
I was excited to take my son since he loves the dine in experience. They advertised that dine and salad bar was open. The... salad bar wasn’t ready. The person who was supposed to opened didn’t show up. Needless to say their salad bar wasn’tready. It would take them another hour to set up. What a total let down. If the employees don't want to assist customers with pricing, they should find a different job. The pizza was good, but the... service was a bit of a disappointment. Don't encourage people to use the app, just because you don't want to deal with answeringquestions. That's a part of your job. Read more

2 of my pizzas were just as ordered; the third one should have been hand tossed as in the order, but came as crispy thin. It was... too late to get it replaced. 11/22/21 Thought I would give them one more try. Well they blew it again. Ordered a pizza, ticketshowed no bacon and it came with bacon. Can't eat it.. Lousy service when I called. Didn't offer to replace, wanted to give acredit, no thank you, I am finished with this store. Marcus said it would take a few days to credit my pizza they messed up. Dine in is open. Don’t know what for . We walked in to dine in and no one said anything even though we were the only people... eating there . The manager was at the cash register and didn’t say a word. One employee was out in the open looking at theirphone as we sat at the table no one bothered to say a word to us. Finally the manager came out and just said if you want orderyou have to walk up and place your order at the counter. He said that after we walked in and sat down . This location got useto being closed during Covid . Staff don’t look like they even want to help customers. Keep your dining room closed. Read more
