Cold stone is my favorite ice cream. The ice cream is right balance of creamy and sweet but not overly sweet. When done right... this is best ice cream hands down. But last few times we have been the people making orders don't mix the toppings at all. Iget 2 huge pieces of frozen strawberry and huge chunks of walnuts. So you can't really enjoy it. My daughter gets brownies inhers and same thing instead of being mixed in just get large chunk. Should be same amount toppings but mixed well enough so thatit's broken up and mixed in through ice cream. This has been same experience when it is slow. Note to owner: if you notice loweramounts of customers this is probably one reason why. Read more
I would normally give this location 5 stars however the service was poor tonight. I asked for a 'Gotta Have It' and the young... lady gave me only the amount of icecream for a 'Love It'. Please do better at giving customers what they pay for. Read more
Delicious ice cream! The staff are mostly young college kids who does good job with mixing, few times here and there you'll get... few folks who doesn't do the mixing properly. Read more

Went to Cold Stone in San Antonio Texas for a late night snack and the place for pretty packed. There a was actually a line.... This is absolutely my favorite stop for Ice Cream. I got my ultimate favorite Oreo Cookie Overload which is so delicious. Mynephew got Peanut Butter Overload such he loved. My brother got Mudpie Mojo which Ive have myself and it is also really good,and My sister-in-law got Peanut Butter Perfection and substituted the regular ice cream with banana ice cream. That one wasreally really good. I may have to get that one next time I go. The staff was courteous and polite and took our orders quicklywith no hesitations. We had a Cold Stone Creamery in Lake Charles La but they closed it. Hoping one day they will make it back.Great experience, Great Service and Delicious Ice Cream. Read more
I've never been to a Cold Stone and I only came here because when I searched for banana splits, Google said this place had them.... Well Google was wrong, they dont make banana splits at all. In fact what they do have is some pretty pricey ice cream thattastes okay. We bought two small cups and it was over 8 dollars. One of the staff seemed very annoyed by there being customersin store, not sure why. They also had the fan/AC on, and for it being 40 degrees outside, led us to very quickly leave withoutreally enjoying our dessert. I wouldn't have a reason to come back at this cost and hospitality. I don?t blame the heat because it?s 8PM and this started melting the second she gave it to me in the building. Way too... overfilled, I couldn?t even enjoy it. Icecream should not melt this fast. I got lucky my stepdad was with me and ripped a trayfrom a to go box we had from dinner. If not my jeans would?ve gotten sticky too. We were not even greeted when we got there,just got asked what we wanted. So unprofessional. Disappointed. Read more
