Wow this location is SUPER SLOW. It's also unacceptable to be told to park while waiting for fries after paying ... after... already waiting in the drive-they line for 10 minutes AFTER ordering! And even after that, the fries were obviously not freshlycooked!!! Avoid this location at all costs. (From my understanding, this location is ran by a different franchise company thanall the other Arby's locations in the San Antonio area.) Read more

Couldn't go inside to pick up my order but the food was fresh and delicious. Was worried because it was slow and I have never... seen very many people go to this Arby's. Say Arby?s advertisement of the wygu beef medium well burger so I decided to stop by. Well the service was great, had to wait a... little extra time for preparation. Once home the burger was definitely cooked medium well, though seem it had been preparedquickly because it was a little sloppy, a dab of sauce, little lettuce, and a mushy tomato. The beef tasted a little differentthan your normal beef it didn?t have that grill taste or char. Arby?s need to do a better job on their curly fries. The friesare more like pieces rather than whole curly fries. Come on Arby?s you have to step up your Game a put more pride in preparationof food! Read more
