Never know if they are drive-thru only or not. Always get the orders right food usually pretty good

Don't make no sense for the inside to still be closed. The drive through line be to long, and moves so slow. i got out of line... went to the other taco bell on prospect and when i was driving back with my food I saw some of the same cars in the drive thrustill. For fast and quick services avoid this taco bell and go to the one on prospect. Read more

We went to the drive-thru twice. No one even answered to take our order. We stopped at the window they walked to it and looked... at us. Felt discriminated against. Place looks rundown. Nobody really goes to that location now that the new one has opened. Ican see whyy Read more

Out of 30 times I've ordered in the past only about twice have I genuinely gotten the right order. Half if not ALL of my order... is ALWAYS incorrect. Go to taco John's, at least they are generally 50/50. Read more

Was not too happy , it took forever to get my food and they don't wipe down the tables and sanitize them. Also , if your by... yourself there was only 1 single table to sit at or the bar stool seating next to the ordering area where you have a view ofpeople standing there , Otherwise you have to sit at a bigger table that more people could use. I got the $5.00 meal and thatwas good..it had a taco , burrito , a drink and comes with cinnamon twists which I changed out to the cheese and chips. But IWill probably try the new taco bell next time. Read more

It?s never less than 20 minutes in the drive thru. They need to work on punching through the line a lot quicker. Also, they... should have a menu set up further down the line so once you get to order, you already know! Just my opinion. 30 minute lunchbreak does not mix work with this Taco Bell Read more

Ordering went slow due to training, completely understandable. But when given clarification on the order, the person taking the... order and doing the training chose to move forward with the incorrect order. She ensured us she would get the right items in thebag. We sat at the window for about 20 minutes, to find that not only is there cinnamon all over the burritos, but the two wewere promised were going to be corrected, were not what we ordered. Took an hour to get our food. I watched the cashier chat with the car in front of me for 15 minutes. When I finally was able... to pull up we sat for another 10 minutes. I watched while 2 people filled 3 pops and then stood around. When I was finallyhanded my food it was cold. Legit ridiculous and they should actually have zero stars. Read more
