My work had me in Helena for a few hours before my ride left, and the two guys working here on 12-3-22 around 4pm let me hang... around and do some paperwork. Could not have been nicer guys. The "sandwich artist" put a decent amount of meat on our sandwiches, but my husband's sandwich looked like a hot mess when he... unwrapped them. Had to use a fork to eat almost half of the toppings off the paper before even starting on the sandwich. Iordered bottled drinks because the cashier said their ice machine was broken. Got to the fridge and they hardly had anything init besides milk and Coke Zero (the stuff no one wants). Went to sit down and every table (plus the chairs) was dirty. I resortedto grabbing some napkins and hand sanitizer to clean the table of all the crumbs, sticky spots, etc. There was a line and onlyone person who was out there working the whole time. I feel like it really hard for restaurants to find staff members who truly take pride in the work they are completing. That... being said, the employee (6220) went out of his way to make sure my order was completed in a timely manner and exactly how Irequested it. I absolutely love working here. When I do something incorrect im not yelled at or put down. I'm shown patiently how to do it... right. I can easily see a great future here because everyone I work with is always striving to do it better. They care aboutevery detail and it shows. They listen to the customer and use any negative feed back as points to improve on. The customers Isee at work are always polite and patient as we make the sandwiches. This is one of the best Sub in the Helena MT. I have visited multiple times this place. The people at counter are very... responsive and customer friendly. They use very FRESH BREAD which add more taste with double cheese. Lot of parking area aroundthe store. Nice outside view from inside through glass windows. I really like this place. Fantastic people, Fantastic food. Hereyou get whole egg omelette for your sub if you are non vegetarian. This is one of the most liking part here. I don?t know aboutbad reviews.
