I ended up waiting for my food for a total of 26 mins. It wasn't a huge order, I order 2 hot ham and cheese, an order of onion... rings, an order of fries and 2 shakes (the price for this small order was $31 and some change, used to be able to feed a familyof 5 easily with $30)... it took about 10 mins for anyone to even come to the window to take my money or acknowledge that theyknew I was there. No one ever did apologize for the wait or even acknowledge that it took forever; the service is usually muchbetter. The fella taking the money did not greet me in any way, he just threw the window ooen, yelled my total and stuck hishand out. No thanks you, hello, goodbye, NADA. There were 5 employees that I saw through the window and they were not that busy.I was the only one in the drive through and there were 2 cars in the lot (not sure if they were in the lobby or not). I loveHardee's food but I will not be going to the one by Vans again, so very disappointed!! Read more
I love good Hardee?s! However, this location was no good. All of our food was cold. Our buns were very dry. And despite the good... being cold, the chicken was half burnt. And the help was not very helpful. There were about five people walking around the frontwhere we were the only people in the dining room, yet it took five minutes for them to noticed us before we ordered. And fiveminutes to notice again when we went up for sauce. Then AGAIN when we left and needed a to go bag to put our bad food in. SorryHardee?s but seems like judging by the other reviews that you need to get this location in check! Read more

I've gone here on and off for a few years and it always seems like no matter what, the food isn't as hot as it should be when... you get it, which is disappointing and has led me to seek out other fast food. Otherwise, the staff are always nice and it is ina convenient location. Read more
My wife and I are here last weekend (September, 14th), and it made me miss when we had Hardee's in Missoula. The food was so... delicious! I had the 1/3 lb. Bacon cheeseburger and man was it mouth watering. The beef was Cooked to perfection, and was superjuicy! The buns were soft, and had an awesome sweet taste to them. My wife got the chicken sandwich, and she let me have a bite????. The chicken was juicy and crispy; just the way it should be. The person who helped us that night at the drive thru wasreally nice and polite. He was very professional at his job! Oh, and I really love their fries! Read more
The lady working the drive through went out of site with my friends debit card for an accessive time, he worried about misuse. I... took a photo of her for this service, the curly fries fell on the floor of the truck. We pulled around, went in to get new friesand they called the police. We did nothing to warrant this action, I believe there's an issue with this business. Good luck, ourexperience was horrible. Read more
