First I will say the pizza was delicious and delivered a few minutes ahead of the estimated time frame. My criticism would be... with the phone on order and the person not able to understand an address , even after spelling it over and over ... and then thedelivery driver saying he had a hard time finding it because the person that took the order couldn't hear me over my screamingkids ... I don't have any children and I placed the order in a completely silent on my end, space. Interesting that she was ableto take my credit card info... my only other beef ... I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I lived in NJ with quick access to NY for 7 years. I spent 4 years of my professional... life as a cook both short order and full service in Philly. This pizza was an unexpected taste of home. The crust was thin,flexible, But still slightly crunchy. The ratio of sauce to cheese was perfect and the balance of structure to flexibility inthe crust was spot on. I've eaten here before and the pizza wasn't this good, so I didn't expect it. My Mother, brother and I are on our last day in Helena and I am so happy that we found Brooklyn Pizza. Our Hostess was very... helpful and super nice. We had a meat lovers pizza, side salad, garlic knots and 3 little cannolis. The garlic knots came withmarinara sauce and they were yummy and just out of the oven, the pizza was amazing and it smelled so amazing as it came to ourtable and then the cannolis.....yummy..... I recommend that you visit this very friendly and very delicious yummy restaurant thenext time that you visit Helena. Read more
Food was great per usual. The service was absolutely horrid. We ordered our pizza at 11:20. It said that it should be ready... around 12:03. We get there around 11:55. Let them know we were there and they told us it would be another 40 minutes. When wetold them that we ordered it 40 minutes ago they said there wasn?t anything they could do. We asked to get a refund because wecouldn?t wait 40 minutes. They told us they couldn?t give us a refund. We ended up waiting for the pizza and it took 45 minutesfor two small pizzas. No offer to make it right in anyway. Additionally the manger who has long hair and a long beard did nothave any sort of hair netting whatsoever while he was getting our pizzas out of the oven. Extremely delicious pizza! My boyfriend and I got the BLT pizza and literally had to fight over the last slice. They have a good... selection of pizza/pasta and a great selection of by-the-slice options in the warmer. Read more
Almost perfect. Rating super high because I have never picked up a slice so quickly in all of my life and I'm from NYC!! The... taste wasn't there for me to say it is genuine Brooklyn Pizza. I should know, used to eat a lot of pizza when I went toBrooklyn Tech HS. But the service was excellent and the pizza was edible, I would recommend stopping by for a quick bite. Read more

Excellent authentic New York style pizza shop right in the heart of downtown Helena. I've been getting weekly pizzas for months... now and have not once been disappointed. I've been able to try all of the specialty pizzas and even pick up the occasional slicefrom the counter when it looks exciting enough. You cant go wrong with this pizza place. Read more
