Problem was the place was empty and I noticed an employee pacing around not doing much while others seemed to be busting butt... for drive through orders. The place stinks like bad food, probably from improper cleaning sops not being followed. Every tablewas dirty and the drink/condiment area was pretty bad, I've seen worse though. This is the worst Arbys came here 2 weeks ago they were closed at 6pm. I came back this past Monday the drive through was... wrapped around the building, I came back around 3pm and closed. if your going to be open and close when ever at least post yourhours so people don't waste their gas or time coming there. In addition the lobby should be open, every other fast food spotlobby is open and according to corporate they said the lobby should have been open and that they were unaware that is wasclosed. For fast food they are good, I like that I don't get some hot dog looking hot pink non-chicken chicken, just google how... mcdonalds chicken nuggets are made and what they are before they are a nugget! Anyway, they are good for fast food! Read more
Usually have a great outcome and experience but the lady taking orders at the drive through kept talking over us had to repeat... the order a couple times and she still got it wrong and charged us wrong and they dumped the fries on the bottom of the bagafter we tried to make sure we were getting the right drinks and one the sandwiches wasn?t even made when they handed it to us.I?m sorry you had a bad morning but don?t take it out on me for wanting what I paid for Read more
As a previous assistant manager in a fast food facility I KNOW that the chicken tenders that came on my sandwich were sitting in... a warmer over the amount of time that food safety guidelines allow. They were cold and hard. Bun was burnt and out of roastbeef? Thanks guys?. Friendly staff is all this place has going for them. Read more
