This morning had the worst headache with this place. Usually it?s amazing place a Mobil order and get my food and go. But this... morning I was heading to work and placed an order so I can swing by and pick it up. They ran my card before I got there and whenI did get there they told me that didn?t have my order. I had the code and the receipt and bank statement with their addresses.They were trying to tell me to make another order after they took my money from my first order. Do better. Let me retract everything i said earlier. I had them correct my drive- thru order and even after that, they still didnt get it... right. If i had not been in a rush, I would have gone back and gotten what I truly ordered. One of the better McDonald's in thearea. Friendly service and our food came out quickly. The drive thru service was awful! Was not given a receipt or ice with our drink. When asked about it they said the ice machine... breaks sometimes "Oops" and never was given a reason for no receipt! Read more
The manager was on her cell phone the whole time. I tried to get some extra sauce for my nuggets because I got one thing and she... told me it was going to be extra. I told her don?t worry about it. Especially since I was just at another location two days agoand they gave me several extra sauces with no charge.
